This is revealed in an interview with the chairman of HTC, Cher Wang. He said that his company is currently thinking about the possibility to buy mobile OS exclusively.
He said HTC is a phone that has the advantage in the OS that seems to understand the desires of its users. The desire was reinforced when there is an attempt from Microsoft to appeal patent Android as a part of him. The move is certainly one of the ways that mobile-phone-based Android phone windows switch to 7, including HTC.
Furthermore, Wang said the possibility of making an OS is extremely small. Options to purchase an OS is the best.
